Asian Alliance for Mental Health – AAPI Heritage Month Social Media Project

The Asian Alliance for Mental Health’s mission is to destigmatize mental health through multimedia storytelling by giving students a safe space to share their experiences during our events.

Currently, we have an ongoing social media project for AAPI Heritage Month to highlight personal narratives on mental health. For this project, we invite our community members to anonymously share their experiences, which are then posted to instagram @aamhuw. We hope that these stories inspire others to reflect on their own mental health experiences. And here is the form for story submissions which can also be found on our linktree.
